Terms of Service
To ensure our company operates in the most organized and professional manner, we have implemented the following policies. Please read carefully to avoid misunderstandings. If you have any questions, please contact us.

- Rate Increases
We reserve the right to adjust our rates as needed. However, clients will always receive advance notice of any price increase. Situations that may lead to price adjustments include:
• Inflation
• Additional time required beyond the original estimate
• Changes in household conditions (e.g., new children, pets, or increased occupancy)
• Modifications to the home layout requiring more cleaning time - Scheduling Requests
As we expand, we will have more full-time cleaners available; however, we cannot guarantee a specific cleaner or exact arrival time. You will receive an estimated arrival window 1–2 days prior to your cleaning. Requests for fixed arrival times may be subject to additional fees. - Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your cleaning, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, postponing recurring cleanings may not always be possible. - Skipping a Cleaning
If you are a recurring cleaning customer and need to skip a cleaning, contact us at (978) 729-5500. A $50 skip fee may apply unless the home remains in its usual condition (e.g., due to travel). - Construction / Renovation
If renovations occur before your scheduled cleaning, a post-construction cleaning rate may apply. Please notify us at least one week in advance. - Cancellations
All cancellations must be made by contacting us via call, voicemail, or text at (978) 729-5500. - Late Changes and Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a $50 fee. Same-day cancellations or cancellations made after 3:00 PM will be charged 50% of the cleaning fee. - Lockouts
If our cleaners cannot access your home at the scheduled time, a lockout fee equal to the full cleaning cost will be charged. Access may be provided via key, lockbox, or entry code. - Satisfaction Guarantee
If any issues are reported within 48 hours of service, we will return to re-clean the affected areas. We do not offer refunds for completed services. - Billing
Payment is due at the time of each cleaning. We accept cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle. If payment is not received within 3 days after the cleaning, a reminder will be issued. - Tipping
Tipping is not required but appreciated. If tipping in cash, please clearly label it for the cleaner. - Donations
Employees are not allowed to take any items from a customer’s home without written permission. If you wish to give something to a cleaner, please notify the office. - Breakage Policy
Accidents may occur despite precautions. Please report breakages within 7 days. We review incidents on a case-by-case basis and will reimburse for verified negligence. We are not responsible for inherently unstable or delicate items. - Health and Safety
The safety of our cleaners is important. Please ensure areas to be cleaned are free of hazards, and temperatures are appropriate. Pets should be secured if they may become aggressive. - Non-Solicitation of Employees
Clients are prohibited from directly or indirectly soliciting our employees for private work during service or within 12 months after the last service. A $250 fee will apply per incident. - Special Requests
Special requests (e.g., inside oven, refrigerator, laundry) must be made in advance and may incur additional charges. - Services We Do Not Offer
We do not offer services such as shopping, heavy lifting, biohazard cleaning, or cleaning heavily cluttered homes. Please contact us for a full list. - Supplies
We bring all necessary supplies but kindly request 1 paper towel roll and 1–2 trash bags. Please notify us of any allergies or product preferences in advance. - Harassment Policy
Nandax Cleaning Services Inc. maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. Any inappropriate behavior toward our staff will result in immediate termination of services. - Children on the Job
Cleaners are not permitted to take on supervisory responsibilities for clients’ children. - SMS Communication & Consent
By providing your phone number and submitting a form on our website, you consent to receive SMS messages from Nandax Cleaning Services Inc., including appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and occasional promotional offers.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at (978) 729-5500.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

By booking a service, submitting a form, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
