Compensation
Starting base pay is $20 per hour, paid weekly by direct deposit. Mileage reimbursement and performance-based bonuses are also available.

Schedule
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. The regular full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, most days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility to begin earlier is a plus because some office and special assignments may start before 8:00 AM.
About the Position
As a Cleaning Technician with Nandax Cleaning Services, you will help create clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces for our customers. This is an active, hands-on position for someone who is dependable, attentive to detail, respectful of customers’ property, and comfortable following professional cleaning procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning according to company procedures.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, wash, scrub, sanitize, organize, and clean assigned areas.
- Handle cleaning products and equipment safely.
- Respect customers’ homes, businesses, belongings, and privacy.
- Follow daily schedules and communicate delays or concerns.
- Work independently and cooperatively with other team members.
- Report damage, safety concerns, or unusual conditions promptly.
- Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail.
- Keep company supplies and equipment organized.
- Represent Nandax professionally at customer locations.

Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and accept feedback.
- Comfortable working independently and with a team.
- Comfortable working around common household pets.
- Professional cleaning experience is helpful but not required.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current automobile insurance.
- Able to perform the essential duties of the position, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
Physical and Travel Requirements
- Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive cleaning movements.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
- Reliable travel between customer locations using an insured personal vehicle.
- The workday begins at the first customer’s address or at the office when requested.
A lawful background check and drug screening may be conducted later in the hiring process. No criminal-history or medical disclosure is requested through the initial application.
